Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician in Texas to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will use Safelite training and industry-leading tools to deliver fast, safe service to customers.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and exceptional customer service while leveraging technology like True Seal, Ezi-Wire, and GTS. Paid training and comprehensive benefits support career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with safety and customer service focus.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems and completing diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal®, Ezi-Wire™, GTS, MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during shifts.
• Communicate with customers in person, via text, and on the phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
