Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations in Safelite Shops or via Mobile Glass Shop services. You will use industry-leading tools and Safelite training to deliver safe, high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

As part of our frontline team, you’ll drive safety, leverage True Seal, Ezi-Wire and GTS, and interact directly with customers in person, by text, or by phone.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and diagnose issues.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS) and manage customer interactions.
• Support safe operation of company vehicles and maintain professional appearance.
