Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to join our team. You will perform windshield repairs and replacements at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety, quality, and outstanding customer service.

You’ll recalibrate safety systems, use Safelite’s advanced tools, and communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process. You will operate Safelite vehicles, maintain professionalism, and follow all policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing as needed.
• Proficiently operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles; communicate with customers in person, text, and phone to promote services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
