Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs and replacements at Safelite Shops or Mobile Glass Shops. You will recalibrate safety systems, diagnose issues, and use Safelite’s tools and technologies, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will drive company vehicles, engage with customers, and promote Safelite products. Training is provided with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Safelite SafeTech certification preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, including diagnostics.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and Safelite MRMs.
• Communicate with customers in person, via text, and by phone; promote Safelite products and services.
• Other duties as assigned and compliance with company policies.
