Job summary
Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician for a mobile, field-based role delivering high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services to Crash Champions locations. The job requires daily travel to customer sites in a company-provided vehicle, strict adherence to OEM standards, and clear documentation of all work performed.
You will use ADAS knowledge and electrical diagnostic tools to diagnose and calibrate systems, perform tests, and ensure accurate repairs.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years automotive experience diagnosing vehicle systems.
- Strong ADAS knowledge and electrical service experience.
- Proficient with diagnostic equipment and wiring schematics.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast and accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration services.
- Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
- Document all work per OEM guidelines and MCP requirements.
- Perform test drives to verify system functionality and repairs.
- Provide clear, professional communication with shops and stakeholders.
- Maintain and secure tools and equipment; participate in training.
