Ideal candidates have 2+ years of diagnostic experience, hold or pursue I-CAR and ASE certifications, and can work in a fast-paced environment while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience required.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must be able to obtain necessary tools to complete duties.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers using diagnostic knowledge and support the Autel scanning unit.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls related to scanning procedures and technical questions.
• Conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate findings to customers and team.
