Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostics and customer support. The role involves supporting the Autel scanning unit, addressing technical questions, and assisting customers with vehicle diagnostic needs.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years as a diagnostic technician, prefer I-CAR and ASE certifications, and possess or be willing to obtain the necessary diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer inbound/outbound calls for Autel scanning unit support.
• Explain and resolve technology issues related to vehicle diagnostics.
• Research and interpret technical information to troubleshoot diagnostic problems.
