Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete duties.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers.
• Support Autel scanning unit operations and procedures.
• Explain scanning procedures and resolve technical issues on vehicles.
• Research to understand and resolve technology issues.
