Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality diagnostic support to customers using Autel scanning unit
- Apply technical knowledge to assist customers and resolve vehicle issues
- Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit and related procedures
- Explain scanning procedures and findings to customers or internal teams
