Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts is seeking a Field Technician to deliver diagnostics, calibration, and programming services at Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and adherence to OEM standards, ensuring safe, accurate repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in auto tech, strong ADAS knowledge, and experience with electrical diagnostics. Excellent communication and a valid driver’s license are essential. Travel and Saturday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, incl. calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and power probes.
• Ability to perform health scans using factory or non-factory tools.
• Ability to read OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.
• Clear, professional communication skills to explain findings; willing to travel daily; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document all services per OEM guidelines and obtain approval before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate concerns when needed.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions; care for tools and vehicles.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols; meet productivity and quality goals.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines; maintain flexible Saturday availability.
