Job summary

Crash Champions seeks a Field Technician to perform high-quality diagnostic, calibration, and programming services at customer sites. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and adherence to safety, accuracy, and exceptional customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in automotive diagnostics, with ADAS expertise and proficiency with diagnostic tools. Responsibilities include documentation, test drives, and collaboration with shops while meeting OEM

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to perform and interpret vehicle health scans using factory and non-factory tools.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure all services are documented per OEM guidelines and approved before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and confirm repair outcomes.
• Escalate concerns when needed and communicate with shops and stakeholders.
