Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform diagnostics, calibrations, and programming at Crash Champions locations with daily travel in a company vehicle. You will ensure OEM-aligned service, accurate documentation, and high customer service quality.

The role requires 2–5+ years in automotive diagnostics, strong ADAS knowledge, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Travel across the region is expected, with Saturday coverage on rotation.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing diverse vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and wiring repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle difficult situations.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Care for tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Meet productivity and quality goals daily.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Maintain flexible Saturday availability.
