Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle, maintaining safety and accuracy per OEM standards.

Applicants should have 2–5+ years of automotive experience, strong ADAS knowledge, and the ability to document work clearly. Flexible Saturday availability and customer-service focus are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wiring.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to interpret vehicle health scans using factory and non-factory tools.
• Skilled reading OEM/aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.
• Clear, professional communication to explain findings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before work.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate concerns when needed.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as assigned.
• Care for and secure tools and vehicles; stay updated on protocols.
• Meet productivity and quality goals; complete final billing at site.
• Work Saturdays on rotating basis as market needs.
