Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties using Autel scanning equipment and provide top-tier service to customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering calls, and explaining vehicle technology issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician.
• Ability to obtain and use proper diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicles using Autel scanning unit and related tech.
• Explain technical issues and resolutions to customers clearly.
• Support inbound and outbound calls related to scanning procedures.
