• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic duties on vehicles using Autel scanning unit.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of scanning procedures.
• Research and resolve technology issues related to vehicle diagnostics.
