Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform mobile diagnostics and support services for customers using Autel scanning units. You will handle technical inquiries, document issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve vehicle technology challenges.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in diagnostics; I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred. Tools are required or must be obtainable, and pre-employment screenings will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile diagnostic duties using Autel scanning unit
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel unit
• Explain and resolve technology issues on the vehicle
• Research to understand and resolve technology issues on the vehicle
