Qualifications

• 18+ months’ experience in auto collision estimating using CCC One.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line estimates for claims on-site or in shop.
• Investigate claims and determine coverage per policy.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or video.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and vendors.
• Use tools to document claims accurately.
• Maintain organized records in the claims system.
