Job summary

Talentify is seeking an ASVAB Test Proctor/Administrator to conduct written or computer-based exams at MEPS or remote sites for military enlistment qualifications. The role is on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities include administering sessions (1–40 enlistment, up to 250 student tests), instructing applicants on procedures, using testing software, and safeguarding test materials across locations.

Qualifications

• Background check may be required or fitness determination per background investigation.
• Valid driver's license required for remote locations or schools.
• 100% TDY travel requirement for this role.
• Lift up to 30 pounds to transfer test materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aptitude examination sessions for 1 to 40 enlistment testers and up to 250 student testers.
• Instruct applicants on testing procedures, starts, monitors, times, and ends as directed.
• Utilize computer systems and software to administer tests.
• Ensure security and accountability of test booklets during transport, at home and testing sites.
