Job summary

USMEPCOM seeks a qualified liaison to evaluate the Student Testing Program (STP) operations, deliver comprehensive briefings on testing milestones, and coordinate promotional efforts with neighboring MEPS to optimize participation across regions.

The role requires extensive TDY travel within the MEPS area, exercising stakeholder relationships in schools, and providing interpretations of ASVAB results to participants and educators.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience coordinating activities for educational programs or student services.
• Oversight of standardized testing or assessment programs within an organization.
• Development of partnerships with the education community to promote programs.
• Delivery of educational briefings to provide information on education programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing operations in the Student Testing Program (STP) to make recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver comprehensive briefings on testing milestones, subcommittee activities, and program participation rates.
• Synchronize promotional initiatives with neighboring MEPS for optimized marketing outcomes across state and regional sectors.
• Grow STP by securing commitments from nonparticipating schools.
• Provide interpretation of test results to testing program participants (students, parents, school officials, education community).
• Brief testing program participants (recruiters, school counselors, educators) on ASVAB-related matters.
• Maintain relationships with education community to publicize and gain support for the program.
