Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, and assist customers in understanding how to self-serve through the T-Mobile app.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems, and continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, provide exceptional service, and proactively follow up to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
5. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and report any issues with assets or keys.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Additional Requirements

• At least 18 years old

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50 plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. Afterward, promotion to Mobile Expert can lead to incentives up to $18,000/year, with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, and various voluntary insurance options. Employees also enjoy discounts on mobile services and internet.
