Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, are passionate about technology, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions.

Benefits

We are offering a limited-time $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of active employment. All employees are guaranteed a minimum earning of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, with opportunities for additional incentives based on performance.

Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, utilizing digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable wireless solutions, including onboarding support via the T-Mobile app.
3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills; and support store operations including opening and closing procedures.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, provide exceptional service, and proactively follow up to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
5. Support the customer experience by collaborating with nearby store teams for account setup, device support, and account management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
• Passion for customer satisfaction, effective team building, and competitive sales drive (Required)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S., at least 18 years old
