Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral members of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, and aim to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and use solution-based selling to demonstrate product value, including guiding customers on using the T-Mobile app.
3. Complete training on products, systems, and store procedures; continuously improve skills; assist in onboarding customers; and secure kiosk assets.
4. Provide passionate and friendly customer service, build rapport, and foster loyalty. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
5. Build relationships with nearby teams to support customer account setup, device support, and account servicing.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred
