T-MOBILE USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates in Bellevue, Wisconsin to drive sales and engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments. You will use digital tools to showcase T-Mobile solutions, exceeding customer expectations and building relationships with local teams.

Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and ideally six months of customer service experience. This role offers a base pay of $18.00 per hour plus incentives and comprehensive benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high‑traffic environments, and build deep relationships with customers by identifying needs and recommending solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding. Identify customer needs and employ solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services, recommend wireless solutions, and guide customers on using the T‑Mobile app.
• Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and maintain systems knowledge. Review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain customer‑ready. Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers, practice skills, share knowledge, and perform store operations including opening and closing procedures. Safeguard kiosk cabinets, lock assets, and report lost keys or assets.
• Exhibit customer obsession: be passionate, friendly, and engaging. Build rapport, trust, and loyalty. Exceed customer expectations, proactively reach out to drive sales, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers in national retail.
• Build relationships with local leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.

Education and Work Experience

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20.00 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
