Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They act as ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services, and thrive in high-traffic environments by building relationships through meaningful interactions. They excel at identifying customer needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions, and exceeding performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.

Hourly Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour plus $5.00 training pay, with potential incentives and stock grants.
