Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They act as ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services, and thrive in high-traffic environments by building relationships through meaningful interactions. They excel at identifying customer needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions, and exceeding performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate the value of our products and services, including guiding customers on using the T-Mobile app.
  3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions regularly to stay customer-ready; and perform store operations including opening, closing, and securing assets.
  4. Be passionate about customer service, connecting on a personal level, building rapport, trust, and loyalty. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when needed.
  5. Build relationships with store leadership and support teams to enhance the customer experience from setup to support and account management.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and effective at balancing customer experience with performance goals.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share best practices.
  • Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour plus $5.00 training pay, with potential incentives and stock grants.
