Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create excitement around products and services, and excel in building relationships through meaningful interactions. They are passionate about the connected world, thrive in high-traffic environments, and are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  • Utilize digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Complete training on products, systems, and store procedures; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and manage sales processes effectively.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and secure kiosk assets.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
Skills and Abilities
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and effective at balancing customer experience with performance goals
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share best practices
  • Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment
Additional Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert. Employees are eligible for stock grants, comprehensive benefits, and discounts. Details are provided on the company website.
