Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral to the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These ambassadors thrive in high-traffic environments, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions, exceeding performance targets by delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate the value of products and services, including onboarding and app utilization.
3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions; continuously improve skills for optimal customer service.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage processes, and perform price overrides when appropriate.
5. Collaborate with nearby stores to support customer setup, device support, and account management.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, plus $5.00 training pay during onboarding. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert offers an incentive target of $18,000/year, with guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives. Employees are also eligible for annual stock grants and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental leave, family support, tuition assistance, and discounts.
