Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of our Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These associates are passionate about the connected world, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, educating customers, and recommending solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a retail setting using digital tools, effectively communicate, educate, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and use solution-based selling to deepen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills; and support store operations, including opening, closing, and securing assets.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and exceed expectations. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when needed.
5. Collaborate with nearby teams to support customer account setup, device support, and service.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn and share best practices.
• Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive of approximately $18,000, with guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for stock grants.
