Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel at building customer relationships, and thrive in high-traffic environments. They are passionate about educating customers, demonstrating solutions, and exceeding performance targets through excellent service.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a retail environment using digital tools; educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills and knowledge.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and follow up to foster loyalty and drive sales, including performing price overrides when necessary.
5. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and reporting issues.
6. Build relationships with local leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to support.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills (Required)
• Team player willing to collaborate and share best practices (Required)
• Sales-driven with confidence in a fast-paced environment (Required)
