Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an essential part of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They focus on active customer engagement, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, are passionate about the connected world, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable wireless solutions to deepen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems. Continuously improve skills to provide excellent customer service, including store operations and security procedures.
4. Provide exceptional service by connecting with customers personally, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. Follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
5. Collaborate with nearby store teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer-focused with the ability to connect and have fun with customers (Required)
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share best practices (Required)
• Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• At least 18 years of age

Additional Information

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with training and incentive opportunities. Full-time employees can earn $20/hour including incentives, plus annual stock grants.
