Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate our technology and service options, and guide shoppers through their mobile journey in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role includes product knowledge, using digital tools, completing training, and collaborating with teammates. Base pay starts at $19.50 per hour with training pay, advancement to Mobile Expert, and eligibility for an annual stock grant and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
