• Coordinate provisioning, configuration, imaging, and enrollment of new devices.
• Manage complete device lifecycle: procurement, upgrades, retirement, and disposal.
• Create reports and dashboards on fleet composition, costs, and compliance.
• Process mobile device service requests and incidents in ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards.
