Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with ServiceNow and MDM tools to track devices from procurement to retirement at the MTA Headquarters in New York City. The candidate will manage provisioning, device refreshes, data wiping, and secure disposal, while ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in mobile device management or IT asset management.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and lifecycle management best practices.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/asset management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive mobile device inventory using ServiceNow and MDM systems.
• Track device assignments, deployment status, and location; ensure records accuracy.
• Coordinate provisioning of new devices, including configuration and enrollment in MDM.
• Manage device lifecycle from procurement to retirement and secure disposal.
• Generate reports on fleet composition, costs, compliance, and utilization.
