Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. in Tempe, AZ seeks a dynamic Mobile Assessor for Full Time Nights to perform mental health assessments in contracted ERs/hospitals and to triage patients to appropriate services based on risk.

This role emphasizes rapid response and determination of the proper care level. The Mobile Assessor will provide crisis intervention, engage in assessments, and facilitate referrals.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current license in state as a LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, or RN.
• Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Internship completed with individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
• Mobile assessment experience preferred.

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented Mobile Assessor Full Time Nights to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.The Mobile Assessor provides mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals, recommends the appropriate level of treatment based on the Assessor’s assessment of risk factors, and triages patients to appropriate services.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (\"LPC\" or \"LPC-A\"), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (\"LMFT\"), Licensed Master Social Worker (\"LMSW\"), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (\"LCSW\"), or Registered Nurse (\"RN\").

Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (\"Customer hospital\" means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)

Must have a valid driver’s license

EXPERIENCE

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.

Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.

Mobile assessment experience preferred.
