Job summary

Universal Health Services in Houston, TX seeks a dynamic Mobile Assessor for Overnights (Sat-Sun 7P-7:30A) with additional shifts, to perform mental health assessments in contracted ERs/hospitals. You will determine appropriate care levels and triage to services as part of a mobile response team.

Qualifications

Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
Current license in state as a LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, or RN.
Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Completion of internship with individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
Mobile assessment experience preferred.

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Houston, TX is seeking a dynamic and talented Mobile Assessor Full Time Overnights Baytown Area (Sat-Sun 7P-730am with 2 other shift 8 hours) to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Mobile Assessor provides mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals, recommends the appropriate level of treatment based on the Assessor’s assessment of risk factors, and triages patients to appropriate services.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor ("LPC"), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ("LMFT"), Licensed Master Social Worker ("LMSW"), Licensed Clinical Social Worker ("LCSW"), or Registered Nurse ("RN").

Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. ("Customer hospital" means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)

Must have a valid driver’s license

EXPERIENCE:

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.

Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.

Mobile assessment experience preferred.
