Seattle Housing Authority is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain occupied and vacant units, perform basic repairs, cleaning, and curb appeal. The role includes assisting with lease enforcement, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and supporting residents and management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years in apartment maintenance. The position is based at Seattle properties with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver’s License with a fully insurable driving record.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience as Vacate Technician or similar, plus 3 years in general apartment maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and perform basic service requests in occupied and vacant units, including carpentry repairs and minor appliance work.
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, grounds keeping, and monitor wear in units.
• Assist with unit and common area inspections to ensure HQS compliance.
• Communicate lease enforcement concerns to management and residents; coordinate move-ins/outs.
