Job summary

Allied Residential in Seattle is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to support communities across Seattle, SeaTac, and Des Moines. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turns to keep buildings safe, functional, and visually appealing.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, about one year of maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-service mindset. Work is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with competitive wage and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• About 1 year of maintenance experience or related training.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage in Seattle, SeaTac, and Des Moines.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Inspect property to identify maintenance needs and determine scope of work.
• Assist with contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies as directed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in budgeting.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist with unit turns and move-ins preparation.
• Attend meetings, safety trainings, and professional development sessions.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
