Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances in customers’ homes across Alabama. You will travel daily, deliver exceptional service, and ensure parts and tools are ready for efficient repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or Universal certification required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances in customers' homes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Travel to multiple customers daily and perform repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
