Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.

• Ability to travel up to 100% for service calls.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and value-added solutions.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
