Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. Daily travel in a company vehicle, adherence to OEM standards, and strong customer communication are essential.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely documentation, with ongoing training and flexibility to meet market needs. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work Saturdays as required.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before execution.
