Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations, with daily travel in a company vehicle. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service, ensuring OEM standards are met.

You will diagnose a wide range of systems, document work clearly, and verify repairs with test drives. The ideal candidate has ADAS experience, strong wiring knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, electrical services, and calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools: multimeters, power probes, resistors.
• Ability to interpret OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Willingness to travel daily in a company-provided vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate service support to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repairs.
• Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling difficult situations professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Maintain and secure tools and vehicles.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Work Saturdays as required.
