Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform high‑quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel to customer sites in a company vehicle, strict adherence to OEM standards, and precise documentation of every service performed.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years of automotive experience, strong ADAS knowledge, and proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services including calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and wiring.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, probes and resistors.
• Ability to perform and interpret health scans using factory and non-factory tools.
• Ability to read OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional customer interactions.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, and Word; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration services to customer sites.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Quality customer service: handle difficult situations with transparency and urgency.
• Participate in training sessions and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Ensure documentation and final billing are completed per MCP guidelines.
