Job summary

Crash Champions, in collaboration with Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), seeks a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle, following OEM standards and safety throughout every engagement.

You will perform diagnostics, calibrations, scanning, and wiring repairs while documenting outcomes and ensuring accuracy for customers and shops alike.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive service and diagnostics experience.
• Strong ADAS and electrical service knowledge with calibrations and programming.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform and interpret vehicle health scans.
• Read OEM and aftermarket wiring schematics.
• Willingness to travel daily with a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at customer sites.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals.
• Perform test drives to verify system functionality.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally.
• Maintain tools and stay current with OEM protocols.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Work Saturdays as required.
