Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking experienced A&P Technicians for its Mobile Service Unit (MSU). You will respond to AOG events, delivering on-site maintenance across multiple platforms and maintaining strict FAA/compliance standards.

The role requires traveling on short notice, working 7-on/7-off, and using maintenance-tracking tools while delivering exceptional customer service in demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate required.
• Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG/MSU or field service preferred.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform maintenance in the field.
• Perform preventative/scheduled maintenance as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies per FAA and OEM requirements.
• Document maintenance performed using internal systems.
• Maintain readiness of AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance on-site.
