Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking experienced and driven A&P Technicians to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance services to external customers across a variety of business and corporate aviation platforms.

This is a 7-on / 7-off rotational position with competitive hourly pay. You’ll provide service across aircraft types including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Recent AOG/MSU or field service experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform high-quality maintenance in the field.
• Perform Aircraft preventive/scheduled maintenance when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies per FAA and OEM requirements.
• Communicate with customers to manage expectations, scope and timelines.
• Document all maintenance in internal systems.
• Maintain readiness of AOG vehicle, tools and inventory.
• Uphold professionalism and customer service on-site.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all actions.
