Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking experienced and driven A&P Technicians to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance services to external customers across a variety of business and corporate aviation platforms.

This is a 7-on / 7-off rotational position with competitive hourly pay. You’ll provide service across aircraft types including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer,

Qualifications

• Valid FAA A&P certificate is required.
• Minimum 8 years aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG/MSU or field service preferred.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly respond to AOG events and perform high-quality field maintenance.
• Perform preventive/scheduled maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies per FAA and OEM requirements.
• Communicate with external customers to manage scope and timelines.
• Document maintenance in internal systems accurately.
• Maintain readiness of AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
