Job summary

Jet Access is seeking an AOG Maintenance Technician to join our field-based team. Based in Gallatin, TN, you will respond to urgent aircraft-on-ground maintenance requests nationwide, delivering rapid, high-quality troubleshooting and repairs.

You’ll operate independently at client sites, document actions in FAA-compliant logs, maintain tools and company vehicle, and communicate clearly with clients and Maintenance Control. An FAA A&P certificate and 5+ years of hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience in corporate or general aviation environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance drawings, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to AOG calls and mobile maintenance requests with short notice.
• Travel to locations nationwide to provide on-site maintenance support for grounded aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues and perform repairs in the field.
• Complete detailed work orders and FAA documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain and manage assigned tools, equipment, and company vehicle to ensure readiness for deployment.
