Job summary

CASS LAKE-BENA PUBLIC SCHOOLS is seeking a MnMTSS Grant Coordinator (Grant-funded, 179 days per teacher contract) to lead implementation and continuous improvement of the MnMTSS framework across districts and schools.

You will partner with the Regional MnMTSS Lead, district leaders, and school teams to build systems, monitor progress, and align supports with district goals. Strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with MN Teaching License required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a school environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the MnMTSS framework.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of MnMTSS framework.
• Attend MnMTSS pathways with District Leadership Team.
• Meet regularly with Regional MnMTSS Lead.
• Facilitate district and school leadership teams across tiers.
• Use data-based decision-making to identify needs and monitor progress.
• Coordinate universal screening, progress monitoring, and fidelity checks.
• Guide implementation of evidence-based practices across all tiers.
• Build staff capacity through professional learning and coaching.
• Align MnMTSS practices with district goals and school improvement plans.
• Coordinate resources, funding alignment, and sustainability planning.
• Serve as district lead for MnMTSS grant implementation and compliance.
• Manage grant deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
• Prepare and monitor the MnMTSS grant action plan.
• Participate in required technical assistance and training.
• Engage in monthly MnMTSS Grant Coordinator Community of Practice.
• Communicate grant updates to district leadership and partners.
