Loyal Source is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to assist the MDE / Mobile Medical Unit with administrative and operational duties in Orlando, FL. You will help maintain data accuracy, coordinate with scheduling teams, drivers, and licensors, and support MMU operations from data analysis to inventory management.

Aufgaben

• Assist with route identification and data updates for MMU operations.
• Call, text, or email licensors to secure MMU parking and complete documentation.
• Request signatures for lease agreements and follow up to finalize.
• Update MMU schedule with providers’ names and availability in the system.
• Inform drivers about schedule changes and maintain maintenance records.
• Maintain MMU office and medical supplies and coordinate re-supply.
• Send professional messages to licensors to maintain relationships.
• Act as liaison among drivers, providers, licensors, and operations.
• Keep records consistent across platforms and systems.
