The role requires strong technical background, ability to interpret complex outputs, and effective communication with client facing teams, including executives. 100% remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data analysis, statistics, or a related technical field and ability to explain model outputs to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements, build timelines, and coordinate cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Comfort handling messy data and translating it into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Clear communication of the rationale behind decisions to internal teams and external clients, including executives and data scientists.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, proposing solutions and driving projects with minimal hand-holding.
• Experience collaborating with model builders on technical hand-offs and QA.
• Comfort with client-facing interactions at C-levels and with technical decision-makers.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and automation to improve process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Product Scoping: define model scope with Sales pre‑SOW and input on scope language.
• Technical Onboarding: lead end‑to‑end data onboarding for MMM engagements as the primary technical resource.
• Pre‑Readout Enablement: prepare teams for the first model readout and frame budget recommendations.
• Client Data Science Engagement: walk through methodologies and address questions on models.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: serve as central point across teams, ensuring timelines and accountability.
• AI‑Powered Efficiency & Process Optimization: identify opportunities to use AI tools and automation for scaling.
• Standardize implementation processes into repeatable products.
• Product Feedback: synthesize client feedback to inform feature development.
