Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a MMM Solutions Engineer to bridge technical data science work with client-facing delivery. The role handles end-to-end data onboarding, model readouts, and ensuring engagements are technically sound, strategically set up, and delivered on time.

You will translate complex model outputs into actionable insights, coach client teams, and help scale workflows with AI and automation. The role is fully remote in the United States with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data analysis, statistics, or related technical field and ability to explain model outputs to different audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, timelines and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Comfort turning messy data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ability to translate the why behind the what for internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• A maker mindset—proposes solutions and drives projects forward with minimal hand-holding.
• Experience partnering with model builders on hand-offs and QA.
• Comfort with client-facing interactions including C-suite executives and data science teams.
• Fluency with AI tools and automation to improve process efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Product Scoping: assess product-client fit and define model scope.
• Technical Onboarding: data onboarding for MMM engagements and serve as technical resource.
• Pre-Readout Enablement: prepare for first model readout and frame budget recommendations.
• Client Data Science Engagement: lead methodology walkthroughs with client teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: act as central contact across teams and manage timelines.
• AI-Powered Efficiency & Process Optimization: identify and implement AI tooling to scale workflows.
• Product Feedback: synthesize patterns to inform feature development.
